Before I got into coaching I had a career in HR working in various consultative and management roles across both the public and private sectors, where a large part of my work involved working supporting workforce leaders obtain their goals an objectives. Although I was great at what I did, I was not satisfied with my career and many of the aspects that came along with it. The one aspect that I did love however was helping my clients work on their professional development. In fact I loved it so much, that I decided that I wanted to do that full-time, which is how I got into coaching. Now, I get to do what I love every day!
Having myself experienced many of the career tribulations my clients often come to me with for help and come out with a career and life I am passionate about, I can truly say that I know how tough the road can be, but I also know how amazing it can be if you are willing to do the work.
I get genuine and sincere happiness from helping others achieve their career goals. Seeing the transformation in people from when we first connect until we are finished working together is truly amazing, and it's that satisfaction that keeps me working as a coach.
Coaching has helped me personally to gain clarity on what I want in my career but also in becoming a better father and husband. I now live the life I want because of coaching, and you can too.
Everything we discuss is confidential between you and me. Having your trust and making you feel safe to share your concerns, thoughts, vulnerabilities with me means everything to me.
Everything we work on together is about you and only you. My sole purpose is to help you, and not to adhere to outside influences.
Everything we do together is about helping you create the life you want and my sole goal is to help you achieve what you want to be, do, or have in your career and life.
My methods, framework, and skills:
I engage in non-directive coaching, which means I do not tell you what you need to do, as I firmly believe that ONLY YOU truly know the answer to that. But I do challenge you on your assumptions, provide mentorship where appropriate, and help you go through a journey of self discovery that ultimately leads you to create an achievable plan of action that will help you achieve your goals.
I take a whole-person approach to coaching as the skills you will develop on the career/professional side will undoubtedly spill over into your personal life. As you likely know, your personal life is not mutually exclusive of your business life - and I take the same view with coaching.
Best way to look at the way I work is to think of yourself as a hiker, and me as your sherpa. You get to pick the mountain (goal) you want to climb and the path you want to take. I'm there to support you, give you tips and insights to help you get over obstacles, but ultimately it's your journey!

I believe that leaders are not born, but they are made. I help my clients become aware of their strengths and blind spots, and how their past experiences shape their future ones. This high level of awareness ultimately leads to a high degree of confidence and feeling of being in control. You can decide how you want to advance in your career and how to create a better version of yourself.

Our professional growth ultimately stems from our personal growth. If you struggle with communications skill in your personal life, your issues will only be magnified at work. I work with my clients on giving them confidence and discovering what drives them. Together, we create a career that fits their personal needs and gives them a sense of purpose.

"I have had the opportunity to receive coaching from Blair, and it has provided numerous benefits both professionally and personally. Through my coaching sessions, I have been able to identify goals and aspirations that have been put to the side but have always been something worth pursuing. Having a regular dialogue with Blair has been key in providing the motivation to achieve these goals and overcoming the inevitable obstacles that present themselves along the way. The ability to communicate via video conference is helpful for someone with a busy schedule. I would recommend Limitless Potential Coaching’s services to any person or organization looking to unlock the best out of themselves or their employees."
"I can't begin to describe how being coached has changed my life. Prior to working with Blair, I just had a dream that was taking up space in my head. I had a longing, a wanting, and by my standards, it was something intangible. With my very first coaching session, he was able to help me gain clarity around what I wanted to accomplish with my business Women's Guide to Sanity, and take the first step into making it a reality. Today, I am growing my business and continue to reach new limits all because he helped me see that my only barrier is myself. Being coached has helped me define who I am as an entrepreneur and what my purpose is in life. I can easily say that today, I am a completely different woman that exudes confidence, all because we established tools that I can utilize to get me past the anxiety of the unknown."
"Blair has been a critical component to my success in transitioning into my current managerial position. Blair’s guidance, insight, and support was invaluable as I navigated some challenging situations, and working with him has improved my effectiveness as a supervisor. He provided consistent encouragement and thoughtful responses that enabled me to communicate appropriately and become more confident as I learned my new role. Although there were times I felt overwhelmed with the tasks I faced, Blair kept me motivated to stay on track and guided me through to completion. Blair is easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him as a coach!"
